Ownership of Content

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all content available on the Empowear Yourself website, including but not limited to texts, descriptions, slogans, product names, logos, trademarks, service marks, brand elements, designs, graphics, illustrations, artwork, photographs, videos, software, layouts, and the overall look and feel (collectively, the “Content”), are owned by Empowear Yourself or are used under license or authorization from third parties.

All Content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property and proprietary rights laws. Unauthorized use of any Content may violate these laws and is strictly prohibited.

Permitted Use and Restrictions

  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary rights notices displayed on the Platform.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Empowear Yourself. Access to the Platform or use of the Content may be suspended or terminated at any time, without prior notice, in case of misuse or violation of these terms.

Nothing contained on the Platform shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any intellectual property of Empowear Yourself beyond what is expressly stated.

  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

We will review all valid notices and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws.
